Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development and Channel Partner Lead for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include identifying and developing partnerships with channel partners, driving channel sales, creating and implementing business plans, managing key accounts, and building strategies to meet sales objectives. The role also requires monitoring partner performance, expanding market reach, and collaborating with internal teams to align partnership and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Planning and developing business strategies
- Proven experience in Channel Partners and Channel Sales management
- Strong Account Management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive Sales and achieve revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is a plus
- Experience in the SaaS business, AI, data privacy, compliance, other technology business like Fintech is a plus

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Bengaluru. The intern will be responsible for assisting with sales processes, customer engagement, market research, product demos, and supporting the sales management team. Tasks will include interacting with partners, providing excellent customer service, contributing to training initiatives, and developing strategies to enhance sales performance. The intern will gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, marketing activities and SaaS business within an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and a Customer Service mindset to effectively interact with the partners and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, ability to support and optimize sales strategies and assist in preparing the sales presentations

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Software Development Engineer specializing in AI/ML to join our Bengaluru-based on-site team. In this role, you will design, build, and implement innovative AI/ML solutions and support the development of scalable back-end systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to write efficient, maintainable, and optimized code while upholding best practices in software development. Conducting unit tests, integrating new features, and troubleshooting will also form key components of your day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, experience with full stack SW design, development and testing using agile methodologies and the industry best practices
- Experience in AI/ML technologies, AI agent development, working with SLM and quantization
- Proficiency in Rust/C++/Python, understanding the security principles to implement TLS/SSL, AES-256
- Understanding of Data privacy and working with India’s DPI or Bhashini is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
